Laura Haley Bley, CFA
President of Bley Investment Group, Inc., Laura Bley is a 25-year veteran of the securities industry. A chartered financial analyst, Laura is a member of the CFA Institute, the Dallas Society of Financial Analysts (DSFA), and the National Association of Securities Professionals (NASP). She is currently a member of FINRA's panel of arbitrators. Laura is a member of the National Society of Institutional Investment Professionals and a member of National Women in Pensions. Ms. Bley has also served on the membership and local firms committees of the Securities Industry Association (SIA) and is a former director of Regional Investment Brokers.

Ms. Bley established Bley Investment Group, Inc. after serving as president of Capital Fund Managers, Inc., a registered investment advisor and money management firm in Fort Worth, Texas. Earlier, Ms. Bley was associated with Dean Witter Reynolds, Beverly Hills, CA. In addition to holding series #7 and #63 licenses, Ms. Bley is a registered general securities principal (series #24), a financial operations principal (series #27), a registered options principal (series #4) and a municipal securities principal (series #53). She also holds insurance licenses.

Ms. Bley studied economics at the University of London and received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Arizona State University. She received her Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1986.

Ms Bley is an active community volunteer. She serves on the Board of the Arts Council of Fort Worth & Tarrant County and has been the Chairperson of the Kathy Whitworth Invitational a Junior Girl’s Golf Championship raising money for the Boy & Girls Club of Greater Fort Worth for the last 10 years. She has served on the executive committee and the boards of the Fort Worth Opera and the YWCA. Ms. Bley is also a former member of Texas Women’s Alliance. She is a former member of the College Opportunity Act Committee, a state board appointment.

Kristin B. Wilson
As Vice President and Director of Compliance, Kristin brings over 10 years of investment industry experience to the firm. Ms. Wilson was previously associated with UBS Financial Services and J.C. Bradford & Co. She holds a Series #7 General Securities license, #24 Principal License, Series #63 state license, and is Series #87 certified.

Milton M. Bley
As Vice President and a member of the board of directors Bley Investment Group, Inc., Milton Bley brings more than 20 years of expertise and insight to the firm’s investment evaluation process. He was formerly vice president of investments with Capital Investment Managers, Fort Worth, TX. Earlier in his career, he served as vice president of marketing and sales for several divisions of Lancaster Colony, a public company with over $1 billion in annual revenues.

Mr. Bley is series #7 and series #63 licensed. He received an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. Mr. Bley served in the Army in Vietnam as a First Lieutenant. He was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal and the Bronze Star.

Catherine T. Hall
Ms. Hall is the Director of Institutional Trading. Ms. Hall possesses over 13 years experience trading institutionally. Prior to Bley Investment Group, Ms. Hall worked for Aperion Group, an independent provider of Investment Research. Ms. Hall served in both institutional trading and sales for Frost Securities and Dain Rauscher. She also holds a Series #7, #63 and #55 license.

Jeffrey Rothenberg
An institutional equity trader for Bley Investment Group, Inc., Jeffrey Rothenberg has been with Bley Investment Group, Inc., since 1996. A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, he holds a master’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in economics. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rothenberg was a portfolio manager in the arbitrage group of Bass Brothers Enterprises, as well as a vice president and trader with both Mabon Securities and Aberdeen Investment Management.

Mr. Rothenberg is series #7 and series #63 licensed.

Shannon Plowman
With more than 17 year of experience in the securities industry, Shannon Plowman is a vice president at Bley Investment Group, Inc. Her clients include individuals, corporations, retirement plans and trusts.

Ms. Plowman was previously employed by Prospera Financial Services in Dallas. As a former educator, she is currently a trustee of the Graham, Texas school board and an active community volunteer. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Tech University and is series #7 and series #63 licensed.

Tina Lopez
Tina Lopez directs all client services and back-office operations at Bley Investment Group, Inc. Before joining the firm, Ms. Lopez worked in back office operations and as a broker’s assistant for Southwest Securities and Rauscher Pierce in Dallas. Tina has her series #11 license.
