Bley Investment Group, Inc. is a licensed broker-dealer serving as an independent, full-service financial services firm committed to “best execution” and providing value-added client services. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Bley Investment Group serves institutional and individual investors throughout the US and around the world.

Founded in 1990, Bley Investment Group is headed by Laura Haley Bley, a chartered financial analyst and former president of Capital Fund Managers, Fort Worth. As a fully disclosed broker-dealer, our firm offers a flexible and personalized investment trading relationship to clients who have unique trading requirements and a variety of systems. Whether it is trading with our in-house institutional traders or working with other brokers, Bley Investment Group, Inc. offers what we like to call an “open architecture”. Bley offers its clients independence and investment flexibility that many of larger brokerage firms cannot offer.

Our firm provides its clients access to the principal financial markets of the US and the world through execution and clearing relationships with Pershing LLC, Capital Institutional Services and Citigroup Global, among others. We use Bloomberg and Bridge Trading services as well as other trading platforms. We have direct access to the floors of the various exchanges.

In addition to DVP accounts, securities held in custody by Pershing LLC for client accounts are protected up to the total amount held in the account, through the Securities Investor Protection Corporation and additional insurance provided by Customer Asset Protection Company (CAPCO). Bley Investment Group is also a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB), Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC), and the NASDAQ Stock Market, Inc (NASDAQ).

We partner with investment managers, traders and other specialists to assess the profusion of investment choices in today's changing financial marketplace and support our clients.

*Note: SIPC provides $500,000 of coverage, including $100,000 for claims for cash. The remaining coverage, on securities only, is provided by Pershing LLC through a commercial insurer. The coverage will provide unlimited excess SIPC coverage for all brokerage accounts. The excess coverage is provided through Customer Asset Protection Company (CAPCO). This coverage does not protect against market loss.
